Inside the district network, use a browser (Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer) to navigate to webhelpdesk. Log in with your full district email address (not just user name) and password. Each computer is tracked separately, so an individual ticket is required per computer. Multiple issues for a single computer can all be included on one ticket.
