Role of Business Services: Business Services encompasses and manages the following District departments:  Facilities Planning and Development, Fiscal Services, Nutrition Services, Maintenance and Operations, Purchasing and Transportation. 

Services We Provide:  Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Lisa Howell, Business Services provides support to the School District in the following areas:

Facilities Planning and Development: Provides facilities planning, development and construction management services for the District.

Fiscal Services:  Provides all budget, accounting and financial advisory services for the District.  Fiscal Services also provides payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing and reporting services.

Nutrition Services: Responsible for planning/preparation of all meals provided to students, and faculty. Special function catering services are also available.

Maintenance and Operations:  Provides District-wide facility, grounds and equipment maintenance  to ensure a safe learning environment.  Provides for planned replacement of various building components, operates the On-line work order system (TMA). 

Purchasing / Warehouse / Reprographics: Tracks, purchases all goods and services including District inventory. Provides incoming/outgoing mailing services. Reprographics provides printing and copying for District staff including administrators and teaching professionals.

Transportation Services:  Provides daily services for approximately 5,000 students.  In addition to regular home to school transportation, the department provides services for special education, after school education and sports programs, educational field trips and other specially funded programs.
